Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Second Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3742. Without objection, 2d CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 136(FIN) An Act making, amending, and repealing appropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date was adopted and read the second time. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 19, lines 11-13: Delete all material. Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Green objected. The question being: Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted? Senator Halford objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. SB 136 Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
